Our Process

As of this writing, we are 44 people. We operate in project groups with a very flat management hierarchy; no client's work is sidelined with a junior team. We are cost-effective. Some of our clients have come to us only after spending huge budgets with well-known design firms to get a beautiful "boardroom" design. At CMA, we create world-class design, and just as importantly, transform it into functional, legal packaging within your engineering, production, and distribution parameters.

We try to keep our work simple and streamlined, unburdened by invented Ourprocess^™ trademarks. It comes down to thinking carefully and inventively about what we do, and staying focused on our clients' desired results.
